Unboxed's Delivery Process is sent within the first e-mail you receive, wether is a multimedia content project or a web development solution, you should receive it in order to coordinate the service scope.

When entering a purchase request in Unboxed.pe, an administrative process will be activated to attend to the coordination of the purchased service.

In any of the cases in which a purchase request is cancelled, Unboxed.pe assures the right to a retention for the administrative process initiated.

For this reason, it is important to emphasize that the Customer is responsible for reviewing the Terms of Service.

When entering a purchase order for a digital service in Unboxed.pe, an administrative process is generated that begins with the coordination between the Client -who entered the purchase order- and our specialists.

During the Delivery Process corresponding to each product and throughout the attention for a digital service provided by Unboxed, our specialists will ask the Customer to sent, upload or ship all the assets involved in the development of the digital service purchased in our online store.

The Estimated Time of Arrival will be subject to the Client's willingness and the accuracy of the information provided to our specialists. The products show in their description the estimated delivery time and in Unboxed.pe we are responsible for complying with it provided that the Client's assets.
